    The check-in process lacks clarity!!! The rooms could really benefit from soundproofing due to thin walls!!! A bigger rug would add warmth and help absorb noise!!! The hallway smelled unpleasant and a thorough clean would improve that!!!

    The location offered easy access to local attractions. The room I stayed in felt cozy, and I appreciated thevery comfy and tidy environment. The shared kitchen had ample utensils, great for preparing meals. Checking in was a hassle. I didn't receive the door code initially. On one occasion, I had to wait a long time for someone to answer at the contact number. The staff interactions weren't as cute as I hoped, and the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep. The outdoor area wore a neglected vibe, needing some upkeep. Restocking of towels would have been appreciated to enhance the comfort of the stay.

    The staff was friendly. The cleanliness of my room was excellent, and the hot tub added a nice touch to my experience.

    excellent access to parks and local attractions for weekend strolls

    During my stay, I loved how close I was to the very nice Missouri Botanical Garden, just about a 30-minute walk away, and the nearby Ellen Clark Sculpture Park offered a peaceful setting for leisurely strolls right outside the hotel, making it a enjoyable weekend getaway experience.
